Orchestra is the name GoodTime gave in May 2025 to its digital workforce of AI agents for hiring: a coordinated team of agents that work across the hiring journey on tasks like screening, scheduling, updating candidates and flagging bottlenecks while keeping the team in control. The May 2025 release launched a Recruiter Agent that streams live activity into the Job Pipeline and previewed a 24/7 Candidate Agent that answers candidate questions and schedules interviews. The release also added an AI activity feed that gives an audit trail of AI activity, and a cNPS sentiment AI report for candidate feedback.
