Microsoft Viva Glint
Improve employee engagement and performance across the employee lifecycle with organization-wide surveys.
Executive Summary
Viva Glint lets organizations run customizable surveys on engagement, lifecycle moments, 360s and digital experiences. Results are shown as trend and heat-map reports with internal and external benchmarks and automatic alerts. Copilot in Viva Glint summarizes employee comments into themes, and managers get guided team conversations and recommended actions. Customer data is stored in one of three regions (West US, EU or Australia) and employee data can be imported from an HRIS over SFTP. It is a Microsoft Viva app sold per user per month on an annual commitment with a 50-seat minimum.
