Executive Summary

ChartHop Engagement is the survey module of the ChartHop platform. It stores survey results next to performance, compensation and tenure, so teams can see what is driving a score and not only what the score is. Each survey can be identified, de-identified or anonymous, with access controls that hold whichever is chosen. AI summarizes open-ended responses, and recurring eNPS and pulse surveys can be sent using bundled templates.
