Executive Summary

Ask ChartHop is the conversational AI assistant built into the ChartHop platform. Users ask questions in plain language in a chat dock and get answers from their organization's people data, and the assistant can also build employee lists (Data Sheets) and charts and propose actions. It is available across the HRIS, Headcount Planning, Performance, Engagement and Compensation modules, and it only uses information the signed-in user is allowed to see. Changes it proposes are saved only after the user approves them.
