Executive Summary

Breathe Rota, Time & Attendance is an add-on to Breathe HR for building rotas and managing timesheets, purpose-built for teams of 10 to 250 people. Rotas can be built with drag and drop and rota templates, and employees accept, decline or swap shifts and set their availability from a personal dashboard or the People Portal mobile app. A Timeclock records start and finish times on a tablet, computer or phone and generates timesheets, which are stored electronically. It can also forecast wage cost by day or week and report on timesheets, no-shows and lateness.
