Breathe Learn is an online learning add-on for Breathe HR, with a library of more than 100 UK-specific courses designed for small and medium-sized businesses and covering topics such as compliance, leadership, health and safety, personal development, ethics and onboarding. Employees can browse and self-enrol, and managers can bulk assign courses to individuals, departments or the whole company, with completion dates and automatic reminders. Built-in progress tracking lets HR teams and managers monitor completion rates and report on individual or team-wide training performance, and every course ends with an assessment. Courses cannot be created or modified within the module.
