Executive Summary

Aires OnPoint is a points-based tool that Aires launched in June 2023 to give relocating employees a choice over their mobility benefits. The client's global mobility team can allocate points by benefit, policy and/or transferee type, and a points framework is set up at implementation to fit each client's population. Standard benefits can be offered to everyone alongside optional benefits that carry point values, or every benefit can be given a point value so transferees select their complete bundle. Transferees get personal guidance from an Aires Mobility Specialist or can use a self-service tool, and the client team has access to program spend analytics.
