Executive Summary

ChartHop HRIS is the HRIS module of the ChartHop platform. It handles employee records, onboarding, time off and payroll integrations on a living model of the organization, with analytics, org visualization and the Ask ChartHop AI assistant built in. ChartHop does not process payroll: customers bring their own payroll provider and ChartHop syncs its data, with a two-way sync for ADP Workforce Now. ChartHop says the HRIS is used by companies from 20-person startups to thousand-person public companies.
